About Angela

Angela earned the title “Queen of Randolph Street” from Phil Vettel, an acclaimed Chicago Tribune food critic and operated several Bib Gourmand-recognized establishments. She is widely known for her ability to fuse culturally diverse cuisine with the modern American palate to create widely popular and successful concepts.

She made her mark in Chicago’s West Loop, owning and operating nearly a dozen acclaimed restaurant concepts on what is considered Chicago’s ‘Restaurant Row”. Randolph Street. Her restaurants include the celebrated Sushi Wabi, Decero Taqueria, HELLOTACOS!, The Front Room, The Backdoor Saloon, Grange Hall Burger Bar, Veerasway Fresh Indian, sushiDOKKU, and Booze Box, amongst others.  

Angela also built and now operates White Horse Farm Catering, the premier catering company in Southwest Michigan, where she blends her culinary finesse with her ancestral farming roots. Additionally, she is a mentor and mother, balancing her professional endeavors with homeschooling her children. Thus, she embodies the essence of a modern, multifaceted entrepreneur.
